You'll see me on Shipt as Joseph A., but it's still me! Unfortunately, they don't allow us to use nicknames.

I'll try to keep this as up to date as I can. If you'd like me to shop your order, just make sure to schedule the delivery when I'm on the schedule for your zone and hopefully I'll get offered your order!

Here's how Shipt's order priority system works:

1. Member Match. Every shopper that you give a 5 star rating to goes into a bucket. When you place an order, it gets offered to the shopper you've given the most 5 star ratings to. Note: The Shopper must be on the schedule for the delivery window you've chosen, or it goes to the next highest rating shopper in your bucket.

2.New Shoppers (10 completed orders or less). If nobody in your bucket is on schedule for the selected delivery time, it gets offered to a New Shopper.

3. Everyone else. If there are no New Shoppers that need an order for your selected delivery window, it gets offered to the shopper with the best stats. This is calculated using our Average Rating and Acceptance Rate (% of offered orders they accept) over the past 14 days. If they don't accept the order, it goes to the next shopper until someone accepts your order.
